Refund Policy
How refunds and cancellations work on SoloTrade.io — the dates and conditions written down plainly.

Payments are processed by our payment provider (Creem). This refund guarantee applies from your first paid charge.
This policy covers paid subscriptions and credits on SoloTrade.io. It is written to match how the product actually behaves, and it applies to every paid plan.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge for that plan. Email us and we will return the full amount to the original payment method — you do not have to give a reason. This applies once per customer: the guarantee is available on your first paid charge only.
2. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in US dollars and they renew automatically. You can cancel at any time, either from your account page or by contacting us. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not charge you again. We do not refund a period that has already been used.
3. Credits, and runs that fail
Credits are the platform's usage allowance, not money, and they are consumed when you run the engine or an AI strategy review. If a run fails on our side — an engine error, a timeout or an abandoned job — the credits charged for it are returned to your account automatically. If a review cannot be produced, its credits are returned the same way.
4. The free plan
The free plan is free forever and never requires a payment method, so there is nothing to refund and nothing to cancel on it.
5. How to request a refund
Contact us using the details below — from the email address on your account if possible — and tell us the date of the charge. We aim to reply within a few days and to process an approved refund promptly; how long it then takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
6. Changes to this policy
If we change how refunds work, we will update this page and its date. For any change that is materially less favourable to customers, we will say so on the site before it takes effect.
